Barb Kosters Riding Academy is a fun loving atmosphere where kids learn all about the simple life on the farm. Each child will be taught to completely groom and tack a horse in a safe environment. Many of our students have been a part of our program for several years and have bonded with each other as well as our horses. They are encouraged to be helpful and  kind to one another as well as any new riders joining the group.  

During the English riding lessons Barb will teach all the fundamentals and techniques needed to prepare every rider to enter the show arena with a sense of pride and confidence. We attend numerous horse shows throughout the year and even host fun events on the farm giving you and your child precious memories and moments that will last a lifetime!

Barb Koster is a certified well experienced riding instructor. She began her career with horses at a very young age and has spent her entire life surrounded in the equestrian world. Her love for horses gave her the motivation and willingness to learn every breath and every step a horse is about to take. In addition, Barb has the patience and understanding that every child and adult needs when taking horse riding lessons.  She shares her knowledge and experience in an easily understood and caring way which in turn builds the self esteem of every rider she trains.  Barb always ends your lesson with positive encouragement leaving your spirit wanting to learn more!
